Télé-Québec a pris la décision de reprendre les opérations de distribution de vidéos sur demande (VSD) de ses émissions vers les câblodistributeurs.  Afin d‘effectuer le transcodage de nos émissions et de répondre aux requis techniques de nos partenaires (câblodistributeurs) nous devons faire l’ajout d’une option logicielle compatible avec la plateforme de transcodage Vantage de Telestream déjà en place depuis plusieurs années à Télé-Québec.


Le présent appel d’offres vise l’acquisition d’une (1) licence Telestream V-XCODE-IPTV-SW Vantage Transcode IPTV VOD ainsi que le support technique s’y rattachant  pour une période de neuf (9) mois débutant au maximum le 2 juin 2025 jusqu’au 31 mars 2026 afin de venir en complément au système déjà en place.
