The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) is requesting Proposals from parties interested in entering into a Licence of Occupation (LOO) for a five (5) year term for the property located at 3651 Powerhouse Road in Spallumcheen (the Lands). The Lands are legally descirbed as Lot 1, KAP12928, Section 4, Township 35. The Lands are 4.4 ha (10.87 acres) in size and are outlined in black in Appendix A. The Lands are to be used for agricultural purposes such as pastture, hay production or cultivation of food crops.
