A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 10 th at 0900, at 250 First
St Woodland Ca 95695. The project consists of the following:

- Removal and disposal of the existing roof.
- Inspection, repair, and replacement of damaged tile overhangs and associated woodwork.
- Installation of a new bituminous roofing system, metal panel system, and related
components.

The City’s estimated cost for the improvements is $335,000.

Qualifications:

Must attend pre-bid conference 02/10/25 @ 9am at 250 First Street, Woodland, CA.

The successful bidder must possess a current, valid Class B, General Building or a
Class C-39, Roofing Co license issued by the State of California.
Pursuant to Labor Code Sections 1725.5 and 1771.1, all contractors and subcontractors wishing to bid, be listed in a bid proposal, or enter into a contract to perform public work must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Proof of registration is required at the time of bid submission.

If collusion is suspected among bidders, the City reserves the right to reject all bids
from participants involved.
