This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Solicitation 030ADV26Q0106 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.
Solicitation 030ADV26Q0106 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01.

Summary: As a service unit of the Library, the Congressional Research Service (CRS) works exclusively for Congress to perform research, analysis, consultations, and a wide range of services that inform Members of the House and Senate on legislative issues. In FY 2020, CRS procured Perpetual Licenses for PoolParty Enterprise Server and PowerTagging for O365, SharePoint 2013/2016 to develop, manage, and maintain taxonomy configurations; to apply the taxonomy to CRS content using automated tagging; and to identify potential new terms via text analytics.
The contractor shall provide continued annual support and maintenance for PoolParty Semantic Suite modules as stated in the attached solicitation.
