Amendment 1 - The purpose this amendment is answer submitted questions by potential offerors.

The Library of Congress seeks a contractor to provide server hardware, installation services including integration of GFE supplied KVM system hardware, software installation, and hardware warranty support for the new servers used in the “Baton” QC system in the Video Lab at the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC). The resulting contract shall be firm-fixed-price (FFP).



Please see attached solicitation document and attachments J1-J5 for further information.

Offeror questions are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on February 27, 2026. Answers to offeror questions will be posted to SAM.gov as an amendment to the solicitation.



Proposals are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on March 13, 2026.
