Description

The Library of Congress (Library) telecommunications Private Branch Exchange (PBX) is currently operating on Communication Manager 10.X. The PBX and associated systems are not at the most current release. The Library requires professional support to upgrade licenses for the Library Communication Manager (CM) software at all Library sites, and Avaya Call Management System (CMS). All updates shall be performed entirely by the contractor before January 30th, 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services.



Because of the many proprietary components of the Avaya Voice Systems, only Avaya or Avaya authorized partners can provide the support required. Refer to the brand name justification attached for more information.
