Project Description: The City of Tempe (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to establish a three-year contract with renewal option for the purchase of library materials and associated processing and cataloging services for the Tempe Public Library (“Library”). Materials to be purchased are for both adults and juveniles, and include, but are not limited to: print books; DVD video recordings; and digital content. Materials will be purchased on an as-needed basis.
