Project Description: The City of Frisco is seeking quotes to establish an annual fixed price contract for Library and Discovery Center Christmas Light Installation. Vendor is to provide and install Christmas light strands along the exterior surfaces of the Frisco Library and Discovery Center and eight (8) exterior trees surrounding the property as indicated in Exhibit B.
