Overview
Summary

The Town of Manchester is accepting bids to install Fiber Optic Cabling from the East Side Neighborhood Resource Center to the new Manchester Public Library which is currently under construction. The fiber cable will contain 48 strands of single-mode fiber and terminations as needed. The successful proposer will furnish and install all cabling, hardware, and terminations for the project. The library location may require trenching and installation of conduits. These requirements will be explained in greater detail in the Project Details section of this document.

The new fiber will be over-lashed to the existing fiber where fiber currently exists. The goal of this project is to connect the new library to the existing fiber network. The Town welcomes feedback from vendors in regards to the best configuration, fiber routes and termination points.
