Library Boiler Removal

The Town of Oak Bluffs seeks quotes from qualified contractors for removal of the boiler and boiler room equipment, located at the Oak Bluffs Public Library, 56 R School St, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

This project is being bid pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 30, Section 39M, as set forth in MGL, Chapter149, Section 44A(2)(c). Contractors will be required to pay prevailing wage, 50% payment bond for quotes over $50,000 and certify employees have completed OSHA training.
