Library Architectual Services

The City of Idaho Falls (“City”) is seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent” or “Consultant”) to submit qualifications for providing professional landscape architectural services for a redesign of the north lawn of the library, a department of the City. The selected Consultant will provide architectural services in coordination with the City. Reasonable work under this selection shall include, but not be limited to, design services related to:

1. Library themed playground design (swings, slide, play areas)

2. Shaded seating area for patrons

3. Water feature to establish an entrance to downtown Idaho Falls

4. Wrought iron fence to establish a perimeter and safe zone for patrons

5. Waterwise landscaping design

6. Other items as identified by the needs of the City.
