Liberty Regional Water Resources Council Request for Qualifications

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites qualified vendors, consultants, or consortiums to submit qualifications for assessing the public (both publicly- and large privately-owned) potable water and wastewater systems within Liberty County, Georgia, to evaluate how to provide water and wastewater services to all areas of the county and develop a strategic plan.  This strategic plan is Phase I of the project.  Upon completion of Phase I, a scope of services will be developed for Phase II which will be a road map for implementing the strategic plan.  The Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission (LCPC), on behalf of the Liberty Regional Water Resources Council, is facilitating this RFQ and interested parties are directed to the LCPC website for official information.

The deadline for submission is May 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
