LIBERTY COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION GRASS MOWING Contract 2025 &26

FOR

LIBERTY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Sealed bids will be received by the LIBERTY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS at 112 NORTH MAIN STREET, SUITE 201, HINESVILLE GEORGIA until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 12 ^th , 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Such bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked “LCRD Grass Mowing 2025 &26”.  No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.

The work to be done consists of mowing and trimming/weed-eating of County-owned parks and recreation facilities located throughout the county.

Copies of the bid document and form may be secured from Liberty County Recreation Department at 607 East Oglethorpe Hwy., Hinesville, Georgia, 31313 or by contacting Mrs. Rachel Smith at (912) 876-5359.

The Liberty County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities during the bidding process. In addition, the Recreation Department reserves the right to remove any of these parks from the contract at any time.
