The URA is renovating the façade of 604 Liberty Avenue in order to improve the marketability of future development and investment of downtown properties. The design described in this Invitation for Bids includes limited demolition, existing masonry cleaning and repairs, architectural millwork, aluminum cleaning and painting, and masonry work. The scope of work does not extend inside the building beyond 5’-0” of the Liberty Avenue Façade.

For those seeking to be placed on the URA Approved Contractor list, once you have registered
as a supplier, you will search for the URA Contractor Registration Packet. The quickest way to
find it is to type the title in the title box when the bids appear. See below. Once it populates
select the magnifier to the left.
