Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure LHD1 Class 350Hp Variable Speed Drives on a Sole Source basis from Ultra Maritime (EMS Development Corporation).



The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302
