The Town of Lexington – 1625 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420 is accepting qualifications from conveying contractors to provide preconstruction and construction management services on a new Lexington High School building project in Lexington, MA. Scope includes: Provide new vertical transportation including the installation of 3 MRL traction elevators with 4 stops each. Subsequent documents will be supplied at the invitation to bid phase if the subcontractor is prequalified. All Subcontractors shall comply with MGL c. 149, 26-27H. Qualifications are sought from firms which have successfully completed projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule and budget.
