Description
The work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, including the following:
a. Selective demolition at existing school buildings.
b. Interior finish replacement.
c. HVAC roof equipment curb replacement.
d. Toilet room renovations including new fixtures, partitions, accessories, and finishes.
e. Roofing replacement.
f. Exterior window replacement with aluminum storefront system.
g. EIFS replacement with new metal wall panel system.
h. Exterior canopy addition.
