Summary

This is a call for bids to supply and install fencing at the permanent night-by-night homeless shelter. This is a public work subject to apprenticeship and prevailing wage laws, as well as other state funding requirements including compliance with Evergreen Sustainable Design Standards. The work is to be completed by the end of 2024.

Background

Lewis County is renovating a former bank and office building into a permanent night-by-night shelter for people experiencing homelessness. Part of this project is the supply and installation of chain-link fencing to include gates as communicated in the construction documents. This is a public work subject to apprenticeship and prevailing wage laws, as well as other state funding requirements including compliance with Evergreen Sustainable Design Standards. The work is to be completed by December 31, 2024.
