Description
In general, the project consists of road leveling and overlaying from Wolf Pit Church Road west along Twin Lakes Road and stopping at Iowa River Road. The road will be leveled with 82.5 pounds per square yard of 4.75mm asphalt and overlayed with a double surface treatment with sand seal and re-stripped.
