LETTING NO. 8789 C & D CONCOURSE REACTIVATION - PACKAGE A St. Louis Lambert International Airport Electronic bids submitted through the Bid Express Online Portal will be received by the Board of Public Service until 1:45 PM, CT, on JUNE 24, 2025, then publicly opened and read. Proposals must be submitted electronically using the "Bid Express Online Portal" at https://www.bidexpress.com/?businesses/20618/home. The bidder must pay $50 to submit a bid through the Bid Express service. Monthly subscriptions are available. Plans, Specifications, and the Agreement may be examined online through Bid Express at https://www.bidexpress.com/?businesses/20618/home ?agency=true and may be downloaded for free. An optional pre-bid conference for all contractors bidding on this project will be held in the Ozark Conference Room at the Airport Office Building (AOB) located at 11495 Navaid Road - 4th Floor, Bridgeton, MO 63044 on June 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders shall comply with all applicable City, State, and Federal laws (including DBE policies). All bidders must regard Federal Executive Order 11246, "Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity", the "Equal Opportunity Clause", and the "Standard Federal Equal Employment Specifications" set forth within and referenced at www.stl-bps.org (Announcements).
