NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with Time & Material (T&M) CLINs to have off site repair services conducted on the Oscilloscope Units located at Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be a small business set-aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical, the size standard is 750 employees, and the product code/service code is J066. Solicitation number W911N2-25-Q-0018 will be released on or about 02 April 2025, with a closing date on or about 19 April 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
