Request for Letter of Interest and Statement of Qualifications
The City of Sherwood is accepting Letter of Interest and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from properly experienced, qualified firms providing a comprehensive sales tax leakage analysis by NAICS categories including food, apparel, personal services, and hotels. This Statement of Qualifications is being issued in accordance with Arkansas Code §19-11-801 through and §19-11-805 governing procurement of professional services.
Submission to this Request for Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications does not guarantee that a firm will be selected for a project. A Selection Committee will evaluate firms identified as properly qualified for the project in accordance with the criteria set forth in §19-11-803.
To be considered for an upcoming project, submissions must be received prior to 10 am on Friday, August 15, 2025. Qualified and responsive submissions received after this date will be accepted but may not be taken into consideration based on project timelines. Statement of Qualifications submissions should be clearly labeled with bid number 25-101 and addressed to the City Clerk’s Office & Finance Department, 2199 East Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, AR 72120.
