The purpose of this modification is to:
- Extend the closing date to Friday April 4th , 2025 at 12 p.m. local time.
- Include the minutes of pre-award conference with the related Q&A as attachment 2;
- implement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation regarding Executive Order (EO) 14128 & section 2 of EO 14208;
- implement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation regarding EO 14148, Initial Rescissions of Harmful EO and Actions, and Section 2 of EO 14208, Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws; and
- implement the President’s Executive Order 14173 Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.
