| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
Lenoir Hall at UNC Chapel Hill serves as the main dining hub for students on campus. Air handling units #1-7 at this building have reached the end of their usable lifespan and will need to be replaced along with the associated controls. Each of these units include a hot water heating coil enabling them to maintain setpoint of their respective thermostats. The current project authorization is for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
