Project Description: This project consists of full-depth roadway reconstruction of Lema Rd from Western Hill Dr to Chessman Dr. The installation of a new 10'' and 8'' water line with new water services, replacement and addition of ADA curb ramps, thermoplastic pavement striping and markings, and new street signage. An additive alternative #1 is to replace the residential section of the road with a collector section.
