NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LEISURE SERVICES CENTER BATHROOM RENOVATIONS

CITY OF MENOMONIE: December 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Menomonie will be accepting sealed proposals for the Leisure Services Center Bathroom Renovations until 11:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, December 4, 2024; and then publicly opened and read aloud.Â

The Request for Proposals document can be obtained by contacting David Schofield, Director of Public Works via e-mail at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished in the Request for Proposals. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal

Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The City of Menomonie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
