Leica Geosystems Surveying Solutions

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with to FLT Geosystems for the provision of Leica survey equipment.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Leica Geosystems to sell these products/services to the County.

Per correspondence from dated 02/04/2026, FLT Geosystems is the sole authorized distributor for Leica Geosystems for survey equipment within the state of Florida.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the Leica survey equipment described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”.
