The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to LEICA for Naval Medical Center Portsmouth HT9406 requirement for a non‐personal service and maintenance contract for designated, Government-owned Leica Microsystems Inc. microscopes, light, examination, microscopes, light, operation, otorhinolaryngology, and microscopes, light, operating. This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation, nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
