Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide construction of a 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk adjacent to Lehigh Acres Elementary School along Schoolside Drive from East 3rd Street to Richmond Ave N and Schoolside Ct from Schoolside Drive to East 3rd Street. Work shall include, but not be limited to, a new 5-foot-wide sidewalk, sections of current sidewalk replacement, handrail installation, minor drainage improvements, sign relocation, detectable warning surfaces, and signing and pavement markings.
