Legal Services to the Montgomery County Community College Foundation

Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for the provision of Legal Services to the Montgomery County Community College Foundation, RFP# 4- FY21/22. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after October 1, 2021 through PennBid . Registration is free. An optional virtual question and answer (Q & A) session will be held on October 14, 2021 at 3 p.m. EST. Further details are available with the RFP Documents. Questions will be accepted through Public Purchase through October 19, 2021.

Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid by 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, October 26, 2021.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the proposal documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will considered in the evaluation process.
