Conducting Procurement Unit: Office of the Attorney General of the State of Utah (“OAG”)
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Legal Services to Assist with General Litigation Services (Civil, Administrative, Appellate, and ADR)
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards (professional service agreements "PSA"). Successful Offerors will be placed on a list of law firms eligible to enter into future PSAs with the OAG for a period of five (5) years.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: refer to scoresheet
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1-year.
