Legal Services to Assist with Civil Enforcement for DEQ

Conducting Procurement Unit: Office of the Attorney General of the State of Utah (“OAG”)
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Legal Services to Assist Office of the Attorney General of the State of Utah (“OAG”) with Civil Enforcement for Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards (professional service agreements "PSA"). Successful Offerors will be placed on a list of law firms eligible to enter into future PSAs with the OAG for a period of five (5) years.

Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1-year.
