LEGAL SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster (LCHA), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with 24 CFR 85.36, for the procurement of a Legal Services Contract, the scope of which shall include those legal services associated with the operation and management of all housing programs administered within its operational jurisdiction. Qualified firms are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of legal services to the LCHA no later than Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Proposals will be evaluated; and the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the LCHA will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation.
