LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Virginia, Minnesota, is accepting proposals for contracted legal services from qualified firms or individuals experienced in municipal law. The selected City Attorney will provide legal counsel related to the City’s regular governing and operating activities, including general municipal law, land use, economic development, contracts, labor relations, and other municipal matters.
