LEGAL SERVICES. The City of St. Francis solicits Statements of Qualification and Proposals qualified law firms with substantial experience in municipal law and the representation of local government. This proposal seeks entities to serve as the City’s legal counsel. The selected firm(s) will be expected to provide the comprehensive legal services necessary to support the City’s operation and governance. The RFP encompasses both civil legal and criminal prosecution services. Respondents may submit qualifications and proposals for either service independently or for both services. The City intends to select and engage the successful firm(s) with legal services commencing in late October. The full RFP can be found on the City’s website . Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Kate Thunstrom, City Administrator at kthunstrom@stfrancismn.gov . Proposals must be received by end of day Aug. 27, 2026.
