LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Columbia Heights is seeking proposals from qualified law firms or attorneys to provide civil legal services, prosecution services, labor and employment legal services, or a combination of these service tracks. Firms should demonstrate Minnesota municipal law experience, qualified lead and backup attorneys, responsive service, and a transparent fee structure.
