The Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to serve as general counsel to the Board in connection with its programs and financings. The selected Board Counsel is expected to provide comprehensive legal services. The engagement is anticipated to result in a five-year contract beginning January 1, 2026.
