The Gloucester Housing Authority is accepting proposals with statements of qualifications from Legal Service Professionals to provide legal services related to the Authority's non-state funded operations, including representation, for a period of three (3) years.
Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Gloucester Housing Authority, 259 Washington Street, Gloucester MA 01930 or by email to jhapgood@ghama.com on or before 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2025, and clearly marked "Proposal for Legal Services".
A scope of requirements can be obtained by contacting the Gloucester Housing Authority at 978-281-4770 or by e-mail to jhapgood@ghama.com.
The Gloucester Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities as well as reject any and all proposals.
The total contract duration and total contract amount shall not exceed three (3) years or $100,000 unless at the end of the contract term the GHA determines that a time extension is necessary to fulfill the GHA's obligations and requirements.
