REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR
LEGAL SERVICES


The ECFSA is soliciting proposals from law firms to provide legal services on an as needed basis. The Authority requests legal advice, assistance and representation as it relates to the powers of the Authority, the preparation and review of general corporate activities and laws affecting the Authority. The contract is for a three-year term.
