LEGAL NOTICE-RFP 27-1
The LEAP ACADEMY UNIVERSITY CHARTER SCHOOL Board of Trustees, in the City of Camden,
County of Camden, State of New Jersey, hereby advertises for the following sealed Request
For Proposals (RFP's) through competitive purchasing in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-
21(a) (b) and Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200.320 (c) (2).:

Specifications are available upon request at the Business Office of the LEAP Academy University
Charter School, located at 130 N Broad, Camden, NJ 08102, or by emailing ba@leap.rutgers.edu.
All proposals/bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in the specifications. The Board
does not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of bids.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.
17:27 et seq and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
