LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Safety and Service of the City of
Marietta, Ohio, at the office of the Director until 10:00 AM, prevailing local time on  Friday
March 14, 2025 with bid opening following at 10:05 AM for the following:

PURCHASE OF GASOLINE

FOR THE CITY OF MARIETTA, OHIO

Each bid must contain the full name of every person interested in it, and if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into according to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code.

Bid guaranties filed pursuant to this Legal Notice shall be returned to all unsuccessful bidders immediately after the contract is executed.

The City of Marietta, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities in bids, or to advertise for new bids, if in the judgment of the awarding authority the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby.
