LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Warren, Ohio will accept bids for: TRU – Arterial Sidewalks Phase 2 Project

The contract's work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and services necessary for completion of the project. All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The Director of Public Service will receive sealed bids for the above mentioned project until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the office of the Director of Public Service & Safety, 391 Mahoning Avenue, N.W., Warren, Ohio, 44483, and publicly open and read aloud at City Hall, Warren, Ohio, immediately thereafter.
The work to be performed under this project is located in the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. This improvement shall remove and replace broken sections of sidewalks along commercial corridors in the city. Curb ramps will be upgraded as specified to meet current ADA standards.
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for this project shall be 5%.
