LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Warren, Ohio will accept bids for: TRU – Warren Riverwalk, Mahoningside Project

The contract's work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and services necessary for completion of the project. All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The Director of Public Service will receive sealed bids for the above mentioned project until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the office of the Director of Public Service & Safety, 391 Mahoning Avenue, N.W., Warren, Ohio, 44483, and publicly open and read aloud at City Hall, Warren, Ohio, immediately thereafter.
The work to be performed under this project is located in the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The TRU – Warren Riverwalk, Mahoningside Project shall consist of constructing a walkway and riverfront viewing area on the former Mahoningside Power Plant property located at 650 Summit Street NW, Warren, Ohio. Parking, landscaping, and lighting are included in the plans and specifications. Construction activities have been authorized in accordance with USACE permit LRP-2019-954 and OEPA covenant 12NFA447 which are included in the bidding documents for reference.
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for this project shall be 5%.
