|
The City of New Rochelle seeks proposals from New York-licensed, insured law firms or experienced solo practitioners to serve as outside legal counsel. Candidates must have expertise in one or more areas, including municipal, state, and public sector law; tort law; civil rights and constitutional law (including Title 42, Section 1983); land use and zoning; real estate law; environmental law; employment law; and/or municipal bonding. One or more firms/individuals may be selected on an as-needed basis under the direction of the City’s Corporation Counsel. The City reserves the right to retain additional attorneys or special counsel as necessary.
