Legal Collections & Judgment Enforcement Services

NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified law firms capable of providing Legal Collections & Judgement Enforcement Services, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Law firms must have knowledge and experience in general debt collection litigation, including the enforcement of judgments through asset tracing, third party litigation, and other legally prescribed means. NYSIF anticipates awarding multiple contracts. The solicitation document may be obtained from NYSIF’s Procurement website at www.nysif.com/procurement . Failure to include this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.

Proposals from responsible bidders are due 6/4/25 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFP.
