The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the City of Irving Attorney’s Office in understanding the market availability, technical characteristics, functionality, and estimated pricing of a replacement for our current legal case and document management system, CityLaw for budgetary purposes and an anticipated future RFP in Fiscal Year 2025-26.
There will be no pre-solicitation meeting in conjunction with this RFI.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFI electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
