Project Description: Town of Barnstable Procurement Office on behalf of the Barnstable High School is auctioning a Set of Six (6) 2019 Whitecap Collegiate FJ Sailboats. Items are listed with pictures and bid instructions on the Auctions International website link below. Contact Brett Jansen at Jansen_brent@mybps.us to set up time to inspect items. A signed non-collusion form from each buyer is required. The estimated value of the items is more than $10,000 and subject to Chapter 30B requirements. The Town of Barnstable does not provide guarantees and/or warranties relative to the item(s) being sold. Thus, the item(s) is/are offered on an "as is, where is" basis. The surplus items will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the items. Items must be picked up within 14 days of notice of award. Funds will not be returned for unclaimed items. All bids are due no later than 5:00 PM on December 30, 2025 on the Auctions International website: https://www.auctionsinternational.com/auction/45448. Town of Barnstable employees, board members and anyone else regarded as a “municipal employee” of the Town of Barnstable for purposes of the state conflict of interest law are advised to seek advice from the State Ethics Commission before bidding on any item. The Town retains right to reject any and all bids.
