STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
To Whom It May Concern:
The Helena-West Helena School District, hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals from qualified bus transportation companies for furnishing student transportation services in Helena AR beginning July 1, 2025. Forms for proposal, certification, conditions, specifications, and any addenda may be obtained by contacting Dr. Andrew Schroeder, aschroeder@hwhschools.org .
Obtaining contract documents through any source other than above listed above or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the district or their representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence should any discrepancies occur.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any formalities in proposals received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible proposer whose proposal is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Request for Proposal.
