ADA RAMP
PARKVIEW HIGH SCHOOL
The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide an ADA RAMP at Parkview High School.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Parkview High School, 2501 Barrow Road, Little Rock, AR 72204. This meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid opening meeting will be held via Zoom on January 6, 2026, @ 1:30 pm.
The complete invitation for bid documents is available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net . Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the REQUIRED method of submission.
Bidders may access complete electronic documents through the Cromwell Virtual Plan Room / Print Shop website. Contact: the PRINTSHOP at www.theprintshoplr.com - 1304 East 6th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202; Telephone (501) 400-1006. The plan room is completely FREE to access and view Drawings and Specifications.
• Hard copies of the Project Manual and Drawings may also be purchased for a non-refundable fee at the PRINTSHOP.
Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Design Professional listed above or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained from the Design Professional or their representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence in the event of any discrepancies.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.
