Scope of Work: Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for professional consulting services through a skilled and qualified CONSULTANT to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, grant compliance and testing services, which may include, but is not limited to:  Contract Administration, verifying grant compliance (such as Davis Bacon certified payroll requirement), construction observation, material testing and sampling, field and laboratory tests, evaluation and reports relating to soils and materials, special inspections, threshold inspections, as required by Florida State statutes and other compliance reviews of the projects grant requirements, or at the request specific to the projects contract documents.
